I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant LX Factory area. During the day, there was lively music and action, but it was reasonably quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. And at just 2 euros per day, parking was convenient and affordable.
One situation that stood out to me was when I encountered a minor issue with the apartment door. However, the staff member named Ines was quick to respond and solved the problem within 15 minutes.

I recently stayed at an apartment in a great location near LX Factory. The apartment was superb and had everything I needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and iron. The nearby parking was convenient and affordable. The staff, especially Paula, was excellent and very helpful. The view of the 25th of April bridge was also a bonus. it was an excellent stay with excellent facilities.

The facilities at Lx Factory Apartment 1 were excellent - plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was great, with restaurants at the back and a view of the 25th of April bridge. the staff, especially Paula and Ines, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. it was good value for money and we had a great experience.
We felt welcomed and had no reason to complain.
